Green Mint Syrup

 

HAZELNUT MINT MILKSHAKE

2 cl Vedrenne Green Mint syrup
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 cocktail spoons hazelnut paste

Put a scoop of ice cubes into the blender.
Add the ice cream and hazelnut paste.
Pour the mint syrup into the blender.
Blend for about 30 seconds.
Garnish: mint sprig.

MINT BREEZE

1/2 lime cut in 2 pieces
1 cl Vedrenne Cane sugar syrup
1 cl Vedrenne Green Mint syrup
lemonade or soda
Optional: 4 antesite liquorice drops

Put the lime, the mint syrup and the cane sugar into a double rocks glass.
Muddle and add crushed ice.
Add the licorice drops and lemonade, then stir using a cocktail spoon.
Garnish: mint sprig.
